Every new HPRA user must complete a HIPAA agreement before we can provision access.

Complete the digital HIPAA form below. We will use the email address you provide as your Synthesis username, so double check it before submitting.
After submission you will receive a confirmation email. Follow the link in that message to verify your identity.
The email you enter becomes your login. Please ensure it is correct.
Once verified, your request is automatically routed to HPRA IT. No extra emails or paperwork are needed on your part.
When your account is ready you will receive an Account Activation email from Synthesis. Use that link to set your password and sign in.
If you do not receive the activation email within 24 hours, reach out to HPRA IT for assistance.
