Subject: Cannot send exam

Message:

• Issue: The "Submit Exam" button is greyed out and I cannot send the exam
• Steps Taken: Reloaded PACS webpage, resent exam, verified HL7 order

Do not include PHI in tickets or emails.

Accession numbers are sufficient for us to locate the exam.
